Am having STRANGE operating issues. A few menu and toolbar items do not work anymore. Example: "plotter" - "setup" and I get nothing. I need to hit "escape" to get cursor back. Same thing when I hit "tools" - "program preferences". Does not seem to make a difference if I pick from a toolbar or side menu.
The only changes are a new monitor today. And I also did an activate - deactivate this morning.

I have rebooted and done full shut down and restart.

Any ideas?

It sounds as though those dialogs may be opening off-screen. Try holding down the [Ctrl]+[Shift] key when you open those missing dialogs. That key combination should force them to open in their default position.
