You can copy an area of a pdf and then paste the image as a bitmap, but then you will have to enlarge to get it to scale (approximate).
Or you could try a PDF to DWG convertor, like at http://anydwg.com/ and see if that works. I think you can use it 30 times free and then need to pay.
