When I downloaded 11.08.00 for my PC, I realized my boss has not updated to 11.07.00 yet. I was wondering if I need to do the .07 update before the .08, or is .07 included in .08?

You can skip updating 11.07 and move directly to 11.08. The new version contains all the updates from previous versions.
