I recently purchased a 21.3" Samsung 213t LCD and noticed that when using Datacad 11 the cursor disappears completely on Lt Grey and Dk Grey when it is rapidly moved about the screen. Is there anything I can change to correct this?

Two things (at least) to try: increase the Refresh rate. This also assumes that you are using the INF file for that model monitor -- if it says Plug N' Play or Standard, thne you should get the Samsung INF file; either from the CD-ROM or from their web page.

The second possibility is to change the grays to a slightly different tone -- it may be that will improve things, since you are not (apparently) seeing this issue on other colors.
