I am trying to install DataCAD 20 on our office laptop, and when I try to start up DataCAD, I get this error:

The program can't start because KeyLib32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I then ran the updater, and still get the same error. Any hints?

Rebooting the computer didn't help.

Okay, I got the KeyLib32.dll file from here:

https://www.dllme.com/dll/files/keylib32_dll.html

And copied it to the C:\Windows\System32 folder - and DataCAD 20 works.

Is there another step after copying the file to the \System32 folder?

If that doesn't work, also copy it to the SysWOW64 folder.

SysWow64 - That did the trick.
