Helplines

The update 19.03.02.01 revision notes state that Helplines (aka construction lines) have been added to Utility Menu, however I can't find them anywhere in the Utility Menu.
So how do I turn them on?

Are they not at the S4 Position? If not, might verify you are running 19.03.02.x. Sometimes the updates don't take. Either way, if it's not at S4 try running the update again by downloading the from the website here

You have the PE (Professional Edition), which only gets bug fixes during the products release period. In order to get Enhancements during the v19 cycle would have needed the SE (Subscription Edition) version. In order to get help lines now you need to upgrade to version 20 as all of the enhancements added thru v19's release period are in v20 now. Once upgraded to v20 it really does make more sense financially to get a subscription going as it is usually about $95 bucks cheaper a year plus you get the enhancements as they are released instead of having to wait for the next major version release.
