I have a drawing that continues to crash and when it does it shows the following.

Internal Diagnostics fault 28 error from 808

It started when I tried to delete helplines manually a week or two ago and has got progressively worse until today I am not able to move items between layers

I have tried to repair the drawing but to no avail

Any ideas please

Have you updated to the latest version of DataCAD? The early versions with Helplines, had some issues when erasing them.

I am using the most up to date version

Open a new blank file and then try File, Import and then select the file you are having issues with. Close and save the file and see if that works.

Opening a new blank file using File, and Importing the file I had issues with has worked.
All now fully functioning.
