I got a new PC, and after transferring everything the minute I click on any Layer function it crashes ie Layer on/off or move layer.
I am also unable to create new sheets in plot.
I run windows 10, and DCAD 14

Datacad 14 will not run properly on Windows 10. You will need to upgrade Datacad or downgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 8.1
