Want to buy Full Version of DataCad 20 to Upgrade From 17

I have Version 17 and unable to afford to upgrade to Version 21.
If you have a Version 20 that your not using? I would like to buy it
at a reasonable price?
Of course DataCad (Mark Madura), would have to approve the sale.
