I am looking to find out if there is a way to join/cleanup 2 cylinders? One is in horizontal and the other vertical. I am doing an isomectric of a plumbing plan. I can get the cylinders in but I do not know how, if possible to make them join with a 90. Can anyone help?

Hello Jamie,

Today you can use the macro 3D Tools, available on 'Cheap Tricks' (), to make several modeling editions, including the intersections.

For cutting the cylinder corners you will need to explode it into 3D Polygons before.

Hope this helps,
Miguel

What I typically do is, explode the cylinder, then use the knife tool from the 3DTools macro (add on macro, from Datacad) to cut each cylinder at 45* and then move them together. You can get it . Im sure someone more proficient can give you a better way, but thats what I do.
