Is there an option to add a path statement for o2c files Colour Pallets in the Toolbox, configure options?

We use o2c extensively for most projects. Our practice has built up a library of various and different colour pallets.
We have a strict regime in the management of these files.
These are project client specific colour palette files and saved to a central file server on our network.
In order for our PC stations to access these files we have to then copy the files to each individual PC drive. There seems to be no ability for the PC stations to access the files from the server.

Yeah this is one of those wishes I'm surprised that has not been addressed around ver 9. Along with palettes, having all of the text styles, dim styles, angles, scales, hatch, fonts, linetypes, pen tables and anything else that could be added, should be able to reside at a network location. That way network admins can adjust as needed and everyone is on the same page with no confusion.
