How do I get screened lines to print underneath solid lines?

In my plots, screened lines always print over the top of solid lines ande elements. I can't figure out how to change this.
I always want screened lines to print under the solid lines.

Paul, this is related to the order of the Pen Table - make Pen 1 to the lightest pen definition, and Pen 2 the next lightest, and so on. This will Merge the lines on the plot, so the darker lines always show over the lighter lines.
So, you can have the same pen definitions, and after you reorder them, change the screen colors to be the new pen numbers.
