Good Free PDF Print Driver with Large Paper Sizes

Hi folks,
I was asked by a DBUG friend about a PDF print driver that has larger paper sizes than the Microsoft PDF Writer, so he can make PDFs with DataCAD LT. What do you recommend?

CutePDF has architectural sheet sizes available.

PDFill or Bullzip work well for me.
Bullzip also has other formats to print to.

There was a
previous thread on a similar topic with a few different options suggested, but I think the most recommended program in that thread was Bullzip.
