I have the commands below in a dtb file, but do not remember what the special characters
mean and how I created them.

Can someone figure it out please.

back when computer speed was slow, we used to put those commands in to turn of the message line, then back on.
Holding the ALT key down, and using the number pad enter the numbers as follows.

0200 È Message Off
0201 É Message On
