Hello all,

I just read the great feature on 'get snap' in February's Cheap Tricks. Unfortunately I can't seem to make it work in Datacad 10.

Holding down the shift key while snapping does nothing and no pop-up menu appears. Is there a setting I'm missing? I usually work in Dir/Dist and have all the usual objsnaps on.

I'd love to get snapping if someone can point me in the right direction

Make sure that the middle button (or wheel) of your mouse is set for "Middle Button" in the mouse set-up software.

I just tested it, and my wheel was set for "Zoom". Once I changed it (through the mouse properties) to "Middle Button" it worked as advertised.

Our mouse settings were a bit different but I've found the right setting.
