I USE THE EZ-TOOLS MACRO FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS IN ELEVATION, BUT THE DOOR TRIM IS 2 1/2" I WANT IT TO DRAW AUTOMATIC AT 2" (LIKE A TYPICAL PRESSED METAL FRAME) HOW DO I CHANGE THE DEFAULT SETTING?

Hello Philip:

It appears that this is "hard coded" in the macro, unfortuantely. Does anybody know who it's author is?

Another thought would be to incorporate an updated/improved version of these tools in the regular DataCAD/Architect menu.

[Edit] Using your CAPS LOCK makes it seem like you are SHOUTING! :P Also, I notice this thread is getting posted to the DBUG Forum -- the revised post format seems to be quite good, IMO.

Thanks Neil:

Sorry about the CAPS, also you gave me alot of good info at the last
d-bug meeting about dual monitors. It looks like my system and desk can support it

Hello Philip:

Ah, now I have a face associated with your name!

To answer my own question, it looks like EZ Tools was written by Oran Woody:

Google is simply amazing -- I found this by searching on "EZ Tools DataCAD"! :o
