Topic Title

My undocked utility/edit toolbar, that I had located on a second monitor, was inadvertently moved to the drawing window monitor where it docked to the left side. I have tried to click/drag on it at the top, bottom, middle, and all 4 corners. It is very securely 'Docked' and will not move.
Please help if you know the secret that I seem to have forgotten.

Make sure that "Lock Toolbars" in the View pull-down menu is not checked.

That would be the 'secret' I forgot.
