Wouldn't it be great if upon using the mouse to select a menu item, that it also popped up a small tag that showed the relative keyboard short cut key(s).

For example, when I want to select 2 line trim using the mouse a little pop up would show the keyboard short cut ....Alt + J. This would really accelerate the learning process for the short cut keys.

Maybe there is a way to do this already?

It's a great idea, but I think because of the way we can customize Datacad, Datacad can never really know what shortcut points directly to what exact menu button. Doesn't hurt to wish though

It may be possible to have the keyboard short cut pop up link to the default assignment OR the updated key assignment don't you think?

This might not only help the user getting up to speed on short cut keys but may even help multi-user offices share their customised features more effectively.

You could edit the ‘Hint’ line in your .DTB files to include the shortcut.
