The DataCAD team is the most responsive software developer I have ever seen. They actually listen to the end user and make changes to their products to accomodate us. Try getting this kind of service from "that other CAD software" that costs two arms and a leg. The most amazing part is most developers wait to put these changes into the next version to make you buy yet another license for the tiny change, but not DataCAD. Several great, new functions are included with updates for your current version.
