Hi All,
I have a drawing file that crashes every time I try to turn on my dimensions layer. I design custom homes with a lot!! of offsets/ 45 degree angles and such, so dimensioning a whole house can be very time consuming. Does anyone have any ideas? Any and all help is appreciated.

I'd email it to tech support. Probably be the fastest / safest thing for ya.

Emailing to tech support probably is the fastest.

Does the drawing straight up crash and close down DataCAD or does it hang up for a bit?

If it hangs up for a bit then crashes, try hitting END to stop to process and see what dimensions did show up.

If they did show up do a copy paste of those to another drawing to be able to put back onto a new drawings.

Does it crash if you x-ref it?

It just crashes, no error message, no hang, nothing strangest thing I've ever see DataCAD do.

Then email is the best. They are actually very quick in tracking down what's wrong and letting you know.
