How did you switch between floors? I am trying to design my auto shop, which datacad is sweet! I dont know how to get off the first floor, I need to build the second floor too. Thanks!

If you are using layers, either turn off the first floor layers and draw the second floor.

or, lock the first floor layers and trace it on your second floor layers.

or, "copy to layer" your first floor information to your second floor layers.

...in addition to the previous reply you will find using GTV's (GoTo View's) and/or the MultiView Windows a help in quickly switching beteen views (1st to 2nd etc.) as they are like a visual book mark and store the actual screen view of all layers, clipcubes and screen extents for a particular view.

If level 2 is similar to level 1 you can simply copy that layer(s) to level2 and then start editing the walls/lines etc.
