I just got a new computer at work and am trying to apply all the tweaks I used on the older computer. One of those was a tweak to make the status panel wide enough to display as many characters as needed (so you can see all 8 letters of a layer name in the pull-down preview). I can't seem to find the instructions for that, anyone else remember how that's done?

I think you need to edit the Dcadwin.ini file, status area , Dropdownwidth, increment.
Josh has all the info for customisation on his web site.

Actually I'm removing my list now as Datacad is now providing a "live" list available here.

Thanks guys. I guess once I get all that stuff set up I'll work faster, since the computer's faster, until then it's just annoying!
