I have a user trying to put their DC10 on XP.

They are getting the following error:

Unexpected setupapi function failure error code 14, 5 255 1275

Can anyone help

First, download HHL_HASPUserSetup.zip from:
ftp://ftp.ealaddin.com/pub/hasp/hl/wind ... rSetup.zip

Open the zip file, then run HASPUserSetup.exe by double clicking on
it. Follow the instructions in the wizard to finish the installation.

Then, download HDD32.zip from:
ftp://ftp.ealaddin.com/pub/hasp/new_rel ... /HDD32.zip

Open the zip file, then run HDD32.exe by double clicking on the file.
Follow the instructions in the wizard to finish the installation.
