Can you run DataCAD11 on these new computers. I can get it installed but it doesn't recognize my hard lock. Has anybody successfully gotten 11 to work?
if so help...................................
dataCAD tech support doesn,t know, they have no new macs.

Mac says anything that runs in windows will work.

Are you running it with Boot Camp, or Parallels Desktop?

I read an article in the local paper.

St. Paul Pioneer Press Article

Talks about a program called CrossOver Mac.


Not too bad of an article, but a little short sighted in certain areas.

I tired Parallels, the software would install but never saw the hard lock.

I have my i.t. guy coming over to try bootcamp.
