In Reader 8 there is a new Comment & Markup Toolbar that would be extremely useful for document coordination but it is only available "when document rights are enabled".
We've been here before and I ask again, What can be done on our end to create "rights enabled" pdf's from DataCAD? And please don't tell me to buy Acrobat.
