spb color palette

I was using spb-fills this morning,

(hatch / SPB-fill / settings / solid pattern ticked / fill color / color palette - drawing palette, selection window)

I was able to change the the actual palette on a drop down list at the bottom of the window along side the 'save as' button, (gives options such as sepia and others) As I have returned to this drawing or any other, this list and the 'save as' button is now greyed out, does anyone know how I can turn it back on?

problem solved, I can change the color palette in (Tools / Color palettes)
