O2C, DataCAD, and Home Designer

I'm using DataCAD to create O2C files so that they may be used in DataBecker's Home Designer software (a program like 3D Architect).
It is working fine, except that I am finding that I can only change the color of the objects, not add materials. Is there a way to make the O2C files accept a material?
