I creat custom linetype for a drawing in Datacad , that I export to DWG, when I open in acad I check that it appear, then a save it, in acad.

then I send to the plotter service but now they dont appear in the printed drawing.

How can i do, to print customlinestypes in acad?

It would be much easier to make a PDF and send that to the plotting service? To get the linetype in the DWG, I think that you need to include the SHX file.
