Is there a quick way to fill the walls without hatching

Hello & welcome:

Do you mean fill with either hatching or solid fill without having to pick the boundary? If so then yes, you can use the Contour Search, which typically fills each contiguous area of wall in one click. This works great if you have clean drafting with all the corners cleaned, no butted lines or unexploded symbols or superimposed lines.

It's in the hatch/sbf boundry menu.

Sorry, but Contour Search is one of the options not included in DataCAD LT. I'm afraid you'll have to trace the boundary manually.
