I currently use v.10, however, just wanted some feedback on whether I should go ahead and move up to 11 or wait for 12? Now that 12 has been previewed, I understand that there may be a period of field testing prior to it actually being released for purchase.

Any thoughts?

You can order the upgrade to DataCAD 11 & 12 from version 10 for $495. We'll ship you DataCAD 11 now, then ship DataCAD 12 when it is released.

I would upgrade into V11 and then make the switch when V12 is shipped. You'll enjoy the GREAT upgrades that V11 has, and then you'll be wow'd by the even greater upgrades that V12 has!

So, I’m taking from this that there will be a fairly inexpensive upgrade from 11 to 12; is this a correct assumption?

The pricing has been put out already.

I believe the idea Mark is getting at is that dwvarch would basically purchase the upgrade to 12, but get 11 in the meantime until 12 if fully released.
