Arrow Head Block from AutoCad

I have trouble opening an Autocad drawing DWG or DXF that use arrow heads as blocks. Is there anyway when I open a dwg or dxf in DC11 or DC12 that those arrows would appear or be translated to a Datacad arrow head type?
