My layer manager window will not remember it's previous on-screen size and location. Is there a setting in Dcadwin.ini for this?

No, that is stored in a different file (DcadDialogs.GUI or something like that?) and if it is not "remembering" then it would be hard to manually enter the settings.

Do you have a dual monitor set up, by any chance? If so, try designating the monitor that you want the LM to open on as the "Primary Monitor", and see if that helps...

I think I remember a thread in the beta forum about this issue and that there was an ini setting to solve it. Perhaps Dave or Devinder will have a fix for it on Monday.

To answer your other question, I am running a single montior setup

It turns out that I had Layer Manager entries in my ini file, which when removed, solved the problem. These must have been left over from the beta testing.
