When I have Max Lines in Move and Paste set to 1 and am moving/pasting more than 1 symbol I only get the extents of the insertion points. Shouldn't I get the extents of the symbol not just the insertion point?

I can't seem to duplicate this one Tony :? Is it with all symbols?

It seems to so far. One example would be a 3D Couch with a 3D end table on each side. All unexploded symbols. If I have my max lines set to 1 and go to move, drag all three by area I don't get a true extents. The extents seems to only include the insert point portion. If I increase the max lines to match the number of symbols I get the fuller extents.

This one is hard to explain. I might try a screen grab next time.

Here is a screen grab:

In this example I have selected the couch and table symbols. When I go to drag it I get the small purple rectangle which is the extents of the 2 symbol insertion points.

Does this help?

O.K. I can get some weird effects with rotated symbols. My extents display, but are incorrect in size but do not seem to be related to the insert points. It's close in size but it's a little small.

I am getting the same results shown even without rotated symbols.
