First time on here, but have been reading for months. We recently installed ver. 12 on all our stations. One team decided to jump right in using v-12 on a project that was 2 weeks from completion, the project has opprox. 30 drawing sheets. All the files were working fine until this AM when they found 2 files that would not open in v-12.
This created a panic as all sheets used multible x-refs and already had been converted to 12. These 2 dwgs opened fine in v-11 and still do. Our only solution was th retrieve our back up files, and then convert all dwgs opened and saved as v-12 back into v-11, so as to not mess up all our refrence files and lose a couple of days work .
Has anyone else experienced this ? Will dcad look at these 2 dwgs for us ?
