I think the dynamic snapping feature added in v.12 will take some getting used to (I know I can turn it off) but I think it will be a helpful tool. As a wish list item, I would like to see the Preferences setting for this item have a "size" factor added so that if we want Style 1 or 2, we can also set the size we want either of those to be. I happen to like Style 2 better than Style 1 but even with Style 2 (the circle), I find that I would like to have it at about the size of a snap point and not as large of a circle as it by the current built-in settings.
