SB opening templates issue

I thnk found a bug: I tred to open a template in the Symbol Browser, and it froze up DataCAD; crashing it. Later I found that (many) of the symbols were marked as Read Only, and I removed this setting -- and then the SB opened the templates with no problems.
Can anybody confirm (or contradict) this?
