I have about a dozen dc5 files that I am unable to open in a datacad 12 demo that I downloaded. I am unfamiliar with the program so I am not sure what the problem is. The files open for a second, two black windows come up and then they close. Any ideas?
My guess is that they exceed the maximum file size allowed by the demo. You may want to open them in your prior version of DC and purge the symbols and do a LayrUtil to reduce the file sizes.
