I just installed Datacad12 and the latest upgrade. When I open either the door or window type manager there is only 1 default type.

I thought there would be an number of them shown. What gives?

First you need to make sure that the manager is looking for the external types where they live. C:\DataCAD\Support Files\____ (whichever you are looking for). Then you need to load the types into your drawing to use them.

That's what I have done. There is only 1 door type and 1 window type available in the support files for doors and windows.

Now what?

How many/what WLS files are in the DataCAD 12/Support Files/Wall Types folder?

Duh! I found them.

I opened the door file and there they were. Same for the windows.
