I have a 120m radius curve as a title boundry with a 5m offset line as an easment when i print the solid boundry line prints as a curve but the offset dashed line prints a strait line segments ( arc factor is set to 1000)

Are you using the latest version (v12.01.01.01)? This is supposed to work with the built-in dashed linetype, but you could try changing it to a solid line -- but use the Pen Style in the Entity Properties dialog?
