The text in my drawing, created originally in version 11, was inserted at an angle of 270 degrees. This used to translate to dwg without a problem. The same text, with the drawing now converted to version 12 mirrors its self when exported. Also new text inserted at 270 degrees also mirrors its self in exporting to dwg. - Can anyone help please ?

It seems that the text is being normalized during export to DWG.

Yes, the text is being altered as illustrated on your sketches.
