Topic Title

I have this printer listed above and when printing from DataCAD i cannot get to the printing preferences to change the printing code. ie, assign job numbers for billing purposes. All the options are greyed out I have called DataCAD and they say it's the way that DataCAD access' the printers behind the scenes. Has anyone had this issue before with other printers, if so did you resolve it? I have a screen shot of what i'm referring to if needed.
