This is a wierd problem. I found out at the client's house that the picture with the site plan had moved. It is also apparent on the preview, but I missed it.
The picture on the left is as it was stored. That in the middle is the screen view while drawing. It differs from the original. That on the right is lifted from the preview and is also what comes out on paper.
I did not realise there was a discrepancy with the inserted image. I didn't think I hade cut it so close to the boundary but what was needed was there, so I didn't pursue it. It is notable that the top edge of the pic is accurately shown in the plot while the bottom edge is correct in the screen view.
