HOW CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM STAMP ?

If you mean like a shop-drawing stamp, I usually would use a symbol-block. Each project in my office as a little subfolder for "symbols" unique for that project, or one copied from my "master" project-folder.

I do the same with my signature for the upper-corner of the titleblock.

I think your asking about the date stamps and such? What exactly are you looking for?
