Automatic Grid Refresh

This is not actually an issue, but an improvement.
When you set some layers with a grid, while others without it, used to be required to refresh the layer for getting the screen "cleaner" when you are on a crowded part of the drawing.
In 12.05 this is no more required. The grid self refreshes to be shown or hidden automaticaly when you change the active layer.
I suspect it was demanded by the new Show X & Y feature, what would require a refreshing of the Cursor when a layer out of regular orthographic becomes active.
The special difference is that it indeed is not a "layer" refresh but only a "grid" refresh, what is very smarter then the old way we used to make it.
Great improvement, guys. The cleaner, the better.
