When I XClip an Xref File, The SPBFill in the Xrefs, Bleeds. Has anyone come across this??? How do I fix it??

Hello:
Is the X-Clip Cube crossing through the SPB fill, or is the fill area completely inside the XCC?

It is crossing the fill. But as far as I can remember, V10 never did that. What do you think?
