With multi-scale plot I use the 2/2 layout that gives the apearance of "cross hairs" on the target.
If I center my lay-out on the cross hair, my plotted drawing is not centered.
I have worked around by adjusting my placement on the target screen
to compensate for this.
I assume that most of you are centering on the target.
This is probably one of those simple fixes that I have not taken the time to
learn to fix with my own resources. (limited brane power)

Hello John:

Are you using the Snap to Divisions option? Have you looked at either changing the number of X and Y divisions, or the custom Insertion point?

When you say that it is not centered -- is it close, or is it way off? What paper size and plotter are you using?

OK,

2x, 2y

Snap to still does not give me a centered print.

My work around has been to create my own insertion point with a non printing point.

Clue me in on the insertion point from the ploting menue, dont know how to use that.

My Border Sheets are just layered drawings

Are you creating symbols of your border sheets with custom insertion points?

It appears that an insertion point can be created from the Plotter/MltLyout/Layuot/InsPoint or does that just mean snapping to a predefined point (my non printing point) on the border sheet?
