Okay ... I give up!
I have a file that I created but then had someone else draft on as well. Now that I have it back I can only manipulate one layer. All other entities on all other layers won't allow me to do anything with them. I can identify them, I can snap to them ... but I can't erase them, pick them, etc.
The layers are on and are not locked. The file itself is NOT read-only.
Any ideas?
