I have a new cordless Logitech mouse. I have the speed and acceleration set fine for general use, but when in Datacad, it slows down. Is there still a setting somewhere to adjust mouse speed? I'm using version 11. Thanks in advance!

...and download and install the utility. Run it and check off all the boxes (IIRC) and that should do it!

Don't worry if this is not your specific mouse; it will work fine, since Logitech uses a "unified" driver.
