I have inserted a TIFF file as a base layer. I have added notes and hatching over the TIFF layer but when I try to plot the additional drawing does not print. How do I solve this?

Make sure in your pen table that print bitmaps first (lower left box) is checked on.
Also, turn off Pen Sort might help.

If you use pen sorting, make sure the bitmap is a color that will print before the entities you want to display on top of the bitmap. Check your pen table for the order of the color to pen mapping.
