Is it possible, after drilling a digging in the ground with 3D knife,restore the land cut in the original situation? And if it is possible how can I do.

There's no automated tool to do this; you'll need to add 3D polygons to the model on the same plane as the rest of the surface.

In the 3D Polygons menu, under Inclines, try the "3 Edge Poly," which enables you to click 3 points using the 3D cursor to define the polygon. Make sure to select the points in a counter-clockwise order so that the polygon normal faces up.
